I met up with an old friend yesterday after work. We had a good time together. My friend made me sweat and after visiting for only about 2 minutes I already had shortness of breath. We watched an old episode of Golden Girls while we visited. We plan on visiting more often because my friend said it could tell I hadn't visited in a while. Who is my friend you may be asking?....Check my friend out for yourself. 
We'll see if my friend will be good to me and help me shed some pounds. I guess it's all up to me tho. Because my friend won't come find me, I have to go visit it myself. Haha!
